Do you qualify?

With the vast majority of providers, Lifetime Mortgages are available to all those aged 55 or over (in the case of couples the youngest must be 55 or over).

For Home Reversion Schemes the providers tend to consider only those 60 or over (in the case of couples the youngest must be 60 or over).

The property offered as security or for sale must be of normal construction, in good order and valued at over £50,000. If the tenure of the property is leasehold then there should be a minimum 80 years left on the lease.
